MTHFR Wellbeing PHGG Powder | Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum
This organic guar gum is hydrolysed to break the guar gum into smaller units, greatly decreasing its viscosity and allowing the particles to dissolve more readily, while maintaining the original fibre content.

Ingredients
100% Organic partially hydrolysed guar gum

Free from: gluten, sulfites, sunflower oil, tree nuts, peanuts, yeast, dairy, fish, crustaceans, corn, egg, artificial colours, flavours and sweeteners 
Directions
Mix 1/4- 1 scoops (1-4g) into a glass of water. Enjoy at night before bed.
Keep dry. Store below 25°, away from direct sunlight.
Keep out of reach of children.

Cautions
Some adverse effects may include flatulence when beginning PHGG supplementation. 

Please note: When increasing fibre intake bloating, flatulence or mild gastrointestinal distress may occur. Introducing fibre slowly and an increase in water consumption can help alleviate potential undesirable effects.
